Tyler M. Peters, Esq., Associate
Mr. Peters is an associate of Crawford & DeSantis, LLP and a member of the firm’s litigation practice group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of business disputes, partnership and limited liability law, commercial transactions, estates, and personal injury. Mr. Peters carefully analyzes each matter he works on to ensure that the most efficient and effective means to achieve the client’s goals are taken.
Prior to joining Crawford & DeSantis, Mr. Peters obtained 10+ years of experience as paralegal in litigation matters representing both plaintiffs, at one of New Jersey’s oldest plaintiff’s personal injury law firms, and defendants, at regional defense firms who represented litigants in both New York and New Jersey.
Mr. Peters is licensed to practice in New Jersey State Courts and United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Peters obtained his J.D., with honors, from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University while maintaining full time employment, beginning a family, and becoming a resident of Staten Island. He obtained his undergraduate degree, with honors, and graduate degree from St. John’s University’s Staten Island campus.
