For over 12 years, individuals and businesses have counted on Mr. Pilkington to represent them across a range of legal issues. Mr. Pilkington spent the first decade of his career maintaining a practice in his home state of Iowa, representing clients across a broad range of legal fields including civil litigation, estate planning, business law, real estate law, tax law, and criminal defense and relocated to New York with his spouse, being admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 2022.
Mr. Pilkington is a strong advocate in the courtroom and successfully navigates complex transactions, carefully analyzing each matter he works on to ensure that the most efficient and effective means to achieve the client’s goals are taken. From contract disputes to complex commercial litigation, resolving the matter prior to initiation of litigation or providing zealous representation during litigation, Mr. Pilkington has the knowledge and expertise to guide clients through all aspects of a case and takes pride in achieving the best possible results clients.
